My 2000 X has the memory seat function. I finally programmed it to my liking. Now when I hit the key fob to unlock the doors it moves my seat. Is it supposed to do this, or is there a way Make it stop moving when I hit the key fob?

Yes.
You can program memory to fob so when you unlock with that fob it moves everything to the memory it is programed to. (other fob can be programed to the other memory)
All of this and how to program/deprogram is in the owners manual.
Quick fix: change your seat settings to the other memory and it will move the seat to your position when you hit the fob.
