Moisture in the Euro Taillights

I have a set of APC Euro Taillights on my 2000. They now have moisture in them. What can I do to remove the moisture and prevent it from returning?

Is there an opening, like for the bulb, where you could use a hair drier to blow hot air into it? If you get rid of the moisture and then it comes back, then you probably have some mold in there.
