The new 5.2L Predator V8 has officially shown up and it dominates. This is a good watch!!!! The Mustang GT500s 5.2L Predator V8 produces over 760 horsepower, beating the Ford GTs 3.5 EcoBoost HO by over 100 crank horsepower. It sounds amazing and this goes to show what 4V heads do with a supercharger.

Well folks, Ford is putting the 5.2L Predator engine into the Raptor to fight TRX....if you want to spend some extra dollars to upgrade to the Supercharged Predator V8 from the “base” PowerBoost Turbo V6 which will be plenty fast in itself. This next Raptor will be sick, and it’s about time Ford offered a V8 package. It’s going to start with limited availability while Ford feels out market demand. I have a feeling this will carry quite the price tag.
