motor hesitation

I have a slight problam with my 5.4 I did the motor swap from my 4.6 now I have ahesitation when I excelerate I changed the coil boots it is still doing the same . There is no codes or lights on the dash yet . Need some in put please .

Is this the lightning motor or stock 5.4??

Either way they require custom tune or pcm from appropriate vehicle.
