MP3 CD Burning problem

I have a 2006 Expedition with in-dash 6 CD with MP3 capability. I can't seem sucessfully burn an MP3 CD. I've used Roxio and Nero and with different brands of CD/CR-RW. However, the head unit always says "BAD DISC" when inserted. Does any know any trick to burn an MP3 CD? BTW, Audio CD is fine.

Couple of things

1 Check the bit rate compatability, some devices wont read an MP3 or WMA that exceed certain bit rates i.e. 196kbps vs 160kbps.

2 Make sure you Finalize the disk, most MP3 disks wont work in cd players or DVD palyers untill they are finalized.

I've run into the same problem (I have a Pioneer Changer) and fixed it by lowering the bit rate to 160kbps (CD audio quality BTW).
