Multiple misfires on one side of engine

It just happened out of the blue after sitting for one day. Ran fine when I parked it, went to start it the next day and it was running really rough. Scanner shows misfire on cylinder 5,7,and 8. And code p0300. Sometimes it will stall out, Sometimes it will just keep idling rough. . I just replaced the cam shaft position sensor on that side and it did not help. 05 expedition 5.4 triton. See attachments for some live data while idling. Anyone have any suggestions?

One thing to check is the coils wiring harness.

How many miles on it ? Have the timing chain guides, chains, phasers been replaced yet ?

Truck has 175,000 on it now but engine was replace at 125,000 with a new/remaned engine about 6 years ago.
