Must be heating cooling problem?

Our 2014 Limited seems to be leaking green fluid right under the front drivers side door. There is a hose that runs towards the back. Here are a few pictures of it. The a/c, heat, or engine temp doesn’t seem to be effected... well not yet anyways?

Must be just a hose replacement? Opinions? Thanks

Hose, tube or connector. Yes, needs to be repaired.
