Nice. What kind of wheels/tires are they and what size? I am hoping to be doing some wheels this summer since I am needing new tires anyways but I am scared that I am going to end up with something I don't like without seeing them on an Expy. first.

Why is everyone so hung up on putting all terrain tires on the expeditions? It looks like yours is 2 wheel drive like mine, why the hell would you want all terrain tires on something that is never going to go off road? I would rather have sporty street look than some big BFG 's that make a bunch of noise going down the road, atleast that how the ones on my Z71 are. Maybe I am wrong and it's not 2 wheel drive.

Those wheels look nice on the EB. They kinda look like the wheels from a Ford Lightning.

Mastercraft Avenger 285/55/18. $107 each through work. Same height as the old tire and slightly wider.

They were 275/60/17, these:

No need for all terrain tires. My truck is allergic to dirt.

Yes, 2000 SVT Lightning wheels. $200 from eBay auction that didn't meet the reserve. Met local to exchange- no shipping!

I know why my wheels were chrome to begin with. They match the paint scheme. Silver does not match.

Since I'm showing pics, here is two months ago when the wife decided to rearrange the rear of an X5.

She no longer drives my truck.

Nice, I've got the same wheels and paid considerably more for them a few years ago.

I run 285/60R18 Bridgestone Dueler H/Ps (discontinued but a good street performance tire).

If you're interested, you can easily swap to Lightning bumpstops so that your tires don't rub when you turn the steering wheel sharply.

Thanks for the tip. I did notice the rub today. The truck gets driven about 6 miles a day to and from work so I didn't notice the rub before.

Do you have a pic of yours? It wasn't easy finding pics of any SVT wheels on Expeditions.

Your truck looks awesome! No tan moulding to throw the look off!

What did you use for lug nuts?
