Need help identifying the part in this picture

The leak is a fine fluid either coming from these lines or above it. Any help identifying it and any recommendations for repair would be appreciated. The leaking appears to be getting worse. This is a 1999 5.4 Expedition.

i think that is your oil cooler if i am not mistaken.

check rockauto.com for a replacement assembly
