Need help... lower billet grill install

I need some advice/help... a while back i bought the harley davidson billet grill set ( upper and lower) .... well stupid me lost all the hardware and instructions to install the lower section for the grill.... is there a place where i can buy the parts i need or modify what i can.... its a 99 EB expy with the fog lights and tow hooks in the bottom section... i can take pics if need be....

Well if anyone does find a way please let me know... good news is i got my new lower valance installed, looks damn good lol
