Need some help

Hello I was installing new mud flaps on my 2018 Expedition a no drill flap. You had to pull the splash guards away to install the nuts. I was doing the front passenger side when I found a part that I can not find where it came from or where it goes maybe some on knows????
There are some numbers that are hard to read look like
E947M maybe
E847M
FL34 1502 4A88 or
FL34 1502 4 a 38
PASS GF33, TPE or
PA88 GFs3,TPE

You pulled a part off your vehicle and you are asking where it came from?

No it was inside the splash guard when I pulled it from the fender just laying loose

Did you find where it goes? I am having the exact same issue. I went to the dealership and their diagrams don't show this part (FL3415024a88)

It is a tool used to align the fender at least that is what the dealer said go figure?
