need transmission rebuilt 2000 expedition

I am the owner of a 2000 expedition, i bought the truck new in april of 2000, a few days ago while driving home from work my truck started to feel strange and i was not feeling like the truck had any power, then the engine started to vibrate, when i hit the gas the gear will not shift as they always do, the engine light came on so i stop by the repair shop, they connected the computer to my truck and they told me that it could be the fuel pump transmission or alarm, they told me that they will reset the computer ,the mechanic drove the truck and said it feel ok, he said if the engine light came back on to come back, when i started to drive the truck everything felt good, a few minutes before i got to my house the engine light came back on and it felt like the gear was not shifting, i went back to the repair shop the next day and they connected the computer again the this time only the transmission come up on the computer the truck has 93.000 miles, i live in brooklyn ny does anyone on this forum knows any good transmission shop in the brooklyn ny area, thanks in advance for any help

Also, it might be worth a try to have the fluid and filter changed. That's really low mileage to be having issues like that.
