Hey guys, traded in our '03 Expedition on a '12. No major issues with the old one, she had 130k and ran like a top. Rust was starting to get worse and the brakes and tires needed replaced so we just traded on a newer one.

Meet the '12 EL (towing my toy). Had the EL for a few months and loving it, especially the extra room behind the 3rd row.

Such a smooth ride. Looking forward to catching up on here and learning some stuff.

Thanks guys! BTW, the old one was no slouch in the snow, but this thing is a TANK! We get 12"+ of snow up here and it just rolls through everything.

Welcome, love love love my EL, the room is great. All the mods I have done I love except the intake, not crazy about it. I did the gotts mod first then went ahead with the full intake and I think I am going back to the gotts. The K&N didn't give me anything over the gotts except more noise.

Thanks all. Now I need to do two things. One, figure out why my heated seat is decidedly unheated. And two, wrestle the EL keys away from my wife, who loves it.

Enjoy the Expy EL I had an 08 non EL that I love and miss to death but I traded it for a 2012 Chevy Impala because I had big problems which were caused from wrecking it, I miss it more than words can describe but i'm in the process of buying a first gen Expy in the next week.

I really like the 3rd gens and someday I will have one. By that time they will probably be on to the 5th gens, oh well. Nice new truck!
