New 4.6 Expy... Want more power...is it worth the $$

Is this thing worth dropping some cash into as far as engine performance and tuning... if so what is some of your suggestions... i was thinking flow's and intake and edge but i was also thinking cam and along those lines is it worth it...i aint trying to drag race this thing but want it to get out of the way of itself....

I believe that trick flow makes a whole top end kit for 4.6's I would go that route if you are serious about it. also some headers, cold air intake and a good tune, you should be able to make a butt load of Hp/Tq. I bet you could get at least 450hp outa that
