New Expedition EL Owner in Atlanta

I just picked up a new 2012 Expedition EL XL. I purchased it from an Atlanta-area dealer, but they had to go up to the Carolinas to get it.

I'm curious what the dealer "Millenium Package" provided? There was a $599 dealer add-on sticker in the glove box for it, but that cost wasn't included in what I paid. Things that seem out of place for the base model include the fixed running boards, black lower body panels and an auto-dimming mirror. Thoughts anyone?

Immediate upgrade plans include a Kenwood receiver/nav and a backup camera.
