Hey guys, I am the new owner of a 97 XLT with 115k miles on the clock. Bought it this week and so far I love it. The interior is immaculate no rips or stains, there isn't even any worn spots. Almost looks brand new. The guy I bought it from told me there were a few issues but nothing major which I should have worked out soon hopefully. I have always been a Ford guy having owned a 94 explorer, 95 cougar, a 98 grand marquis, and now this 97 Expedition. Here is a picture of it before I put the plates on it.

the wishkah is a river in Washington state. But I was/am a big Nirvana fan and when I was younger I used that as my screen name and also I've used it for all of my car forums in the past. Ive been on an explorer forum, cougar forum, and a grand marquis forum so I felt I should stick with the name.

lol I do not live in Washington or even on the West Coast I live in New York City (where I am lucky my truck is legal). The likely hood of them ever legalizing weed here is very low. Even if it were legal I would not smoke anyway. I have no issues with those who smoke and no judgment here either I just don't care to.
