New guy with no turn signals

So my 01 XLT does not have working turn signals left or right. The brake lights work, the 4 ways work. The book shows two locations for turn signal fuses. one at location 13, and one at location 23. Based on the idea that I have brake lights, and flashers, I have ruled out fuse 13. But my truck is not equipped with a lot of the items listed for location 23. So I am going to check that out tomorrow. Do Expeditions have flasher modules? Where would it be located. I just don't want to order a multifunction switch till I rule out the easy cheaper stuff

The turn signal lamps are never on
Central junction box (CJB) fuse:
13 (20A)
23 (10A)
Circuitry.
Multifunction switch.
Electronic flasher.

Thank you bedrck46. Well tonight I checked fuse 13, and 23. Both are intact. I purchased a new flasher, and plugged it in, and I got nothing. So I guess the next place is to replace the multifunction switch.
