Hey all, new to the forum. Been reading up on lifts as I plan to do some upgrades to the 07 that's been amazing but is getting near 200k. It's got a nasty ticking from cam phasers or tensioners or something and I think instead of doing that work I'd buy a reman 5.4L and throw it in... Then lift the truck and maybe put a reman transmission in it while I do the engine. Or buy a newer truck. Looking forward to seeing what forum members have to say about the Expeditions. Best trucks out there IMO.
