I have a 2000 Expedition EB about a year ago the front wipers malfunctioned. I.E. they only run in high and will not stop when turned off. After some research I replaced the multifunction switch, wiper motor, and just recently the GEM module and sealed the windshield. Nothing seems to work I've checked fuses and relays they seem ok. I thought replacing the GEM module was the answer but unfortunately no. I am out of ideas. has anyone had this same problem?
