I'm from Richmond, Va, and I'm vacationing on the Outer Banks, NC. Fuel is leaking from my fuel tank area. I took a bucket and slid it under the truck (on the ground essentially underneath the seat behind the driver seat. )
Any info would be appreciated. It is coming not actually from the tank itself but from a smallish plastic covered object mid-way down on the fuel tank closer to the running board. Not sure if this is the fuel pump in a plastic protected box or a fuel regulator or something.
Could it be something as simple as overflow, as the tank is full and it is extremely hot out?http://www.fordexpeditionforum.com/images/icons/icon5.gif
