Hello,
I just bought a 2004 Eddie Bauer with 95000+ miles. This thing is super clean and still smells new. When on a road trip this weekend and the first time we had this out on a good run. I notice this sound. It sounded like a howl or maybe a sucking sound. It would happen when gas was applied. You could be traveling down the interstate at 75 and if you would let of the gas it would go away and the second gas was applied it would be back.
It you tapped on the gas (on,off,on,off) the sound would do the same.
It seemed louder at higher speeds.
My just was air intake???
I am new to the Ford world and maybe this is normal. It is very annoying to say the least.
Thanks for any input.
