New Radio Install

Hello everyone, so i just got a 2014 Expedition and am trying to put a new radio in. I bought a Kenwood DNR476s with an Idatalink Maestro RR2 and FO1 Harness which is what was required to keep all Sync function. I installed the hatnesses managed to find the SWI 2 wire(not Easy to find). when i finishe dthe install i found that two of my steering wheel controlls didnt work (Phone key and the Voice Key), Also The sync Promped doesnt voice when i start the vehicle anymore, oh and everytime i put the vehicle in park it goes to phone commands. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also anyone know where the Sync module is located on a 2014 expedition XLT and what it looks like.

Did you go to the Maestro website and flash the device with the correct firmware for your MY Expedition?

Yes I followed all directions to the best of my knowledge.
