new rims / tires help

i wanna get 18 x 10 rims (-24mm offset) and 33x12,5x18.. i have 2007 expedition with 3" leveling kit, can i fit that rim / tire setup?

my concern is the width of the tire,because right now with the stock rims and tires theres not much room between the tires and the top a-arm knockle at the front.. or i guess i could keep the same width if not sure

i have no clue with lifted...if it was just big rims...IM UR MAN!!!
