New stereo connection help for 99 XLT

Got a new stereo that came with what they call "Universal Connector"...of course this connector doesnt fit the 99 Expedition...my goal was to avoid cutting wires since i dont have the wiring diagrams and im not a wiring expert...does anybody know if they sell such thing as "Universal Connector" to the connector that comes in the truck...i guess it could be easier to search if i knew the technical name of the connector that comes with the 99 XLT.

This is the female connector that is in the XLT 99...dont know the technical name to do a search to see if there is such thing as a female Universal Connector to a male for the the Ford connector:
