New to Me....2005 EB Exp - ipod connection

I have been looking around and it seems that my 2005 Expedition EB with OEM Rear DVD, with OEM Nav (no CD player in Dash) and a 6 disk changer in my center console is not very "Ipod kit" friendly. Any suggestions on what to do to get my ipod integrated? I want to keep the rear seat DVD system but, I am willing to junk the CD changer. Any Ideas? I apologize if this is solved anywhere else, I searched around a while for some answers.

go to crutchfield.com there's an intergrated ipod adapter for stock vehicles you can buy that you connect to your factory unit...then go to ebay and see if you can find cheaper...if not...buy from crutchfield and you'll get their free lifetime support

I tried. They don't have any listed. The inputs are taken by the rear entertainment system.

I'd probably call them, though, to make sure since the 6 CD changer wasn't of the external type.

I just upgrade mine with a pioneer Appradio 2 (sph-da100), and was able to retain the rear DVD and subwoofer. Now the problem was that the wireless headphones were not working, so for that you need to do some wiring loop on the DVD unit itself, it's very easy, but needs to be done.

To change your stereo, make sure y buy the proper harness and the steering wheel adapter to retain the control.
