Newbie needing help with engine part

Newbie here. I have a 98 Expedition 5.4L it has a weird vibration noise coming from the front passenger side. When I looked under the hood it was coming from the part that is right behind the passenger headlight. It looks like a little silver box with a black canister coming off it. I can not find what that part is, so can someone pretty please let me know what it is.

Here's a pic. It's the part that sits right in front of the windshield wiper fluid container. It's the part with the blue dot on it.

Do you see any hoses going to or from it?

Well I think I figured out what that part is after numerous hours searching on the net. I decided to turn off my air suspension and low and behold the the noisy vibrations stopped. So now it's a matter of replacing the part and figuring out if I got any other suspension problems.
