Newer bumper on 98 XLT

I have a 98 XLT with the bumper that has those ugly ass things that look like horns on the front of it. I like the bumper they started in 99 a lot better and was wondering if the bumper from a 99 to 02 would fit the 98. I need to ge the top pad painted on my current one due to peeling paint in a couple spots and thought if I could I might as well just change the whole thing.
