Panda, KISS, first try new bulbs and then go from there. Odds are that is all it is. But then, if you are thinking HID's, now is the time to jump. LMAO.

Panda, if you have a multimeter, you can do a free check by simply plugging the multimeter in where the bulb should go. That way you can verify that you have voltage there. If you do, then you know it is the bulbs. If you don't have voltage, then we can troubleshoot the system without having to drop any money.

Soli, I am going off of memory here, but the fogs on your Expedition are 4" lights. If you do some looking around, you can find some small lights like that. The big trick that you are going to find is making a mount to allow the lights to sit in the opening like they should. If you have some metal fab skills, then making the mount is easy. If you don't, it can be very frustrating. The big thing is making sure the mount is solid as you will find that bouncing fog lights can be very distracting when driving. I wish you lived closer, I would have you come over and I'm sure we could get you something welded up that would do the job.

Well its to the point where my oem ones actually move so I wanted new ones. But yeah the bracket would be a pain in ass

couple pieces of flat stock a hammer hacksaw and torch can make any bracket you need and any bend you need, makeing a bracket should be fairly simple, for that matter wont the bracket already in the bumper work?
