Did you clean out the egr passages also? I think there are a few threads on here about them plugging up.
Fuel pump, filter and strainer are new?
I would still see what the fuel pressure is when it starts dying. Best to start eliminating things.

My fuel pressure gauge has only been used once, but I checked the pressure on another vehicle. It works fine. So I'm assuming my valve is just bad on the fuel rail. That would lead me to think I was way off when I diagnosed no fuel pressure, and that my fuel pressure is okay. I bought a new pump module so new strainer and sending unit. I put a new filter on it as well. I did clean out the ports when I changed my EGR Valve. I'm wondering if its throttle related. I'm just not sure what to look for if I'm not getting any codes. I would think I'd get a code for a TPS??

mark did you remove the throttle body to clean the exhaust ports. I know you said "I did clean out the ports when I changed my EGR Valve." but did you remove the throttle body from the intake

You should be able to. Try napa, I would expect them to have it. You'll need the core remover tool to change it.

mark not to insult but if you didn't remove the throttle body you didn't clean the egr passages. The 4.6 TB has two small ports thru the TB which over time tend to clog. The 5.4 TB only has one port which is larger and the clogging isn't as bad. You only would need two gaskets and a can or two of throttle body cleaner. When I did my 99 with the 4.6 I removed about two shot glasses full of carbon from those ports.

I understand. I didn't take it that way. I just need help. I will take the intake off and hopefully that will fix it with a good cleaning..
