No injector pulse on #4

Hello Friends, I will cut to the chase....1998 Expedition 5.4 Triton water/heater pipe rusted trough under intake manifold. Removed manifold and replaced pipe, reinstalled with new gaskets. cranked engine, runs rough and shakes. After COP swap and new plugs still has miss on #4 cylinder. Installed Noid light on each injector connector and all pulse except #4. I checked the wires, its has power on one and ground on the other, but unlike the other injector connectors, the ground side is not flashing. I checked the wires from PCM to #4 injector connector and wires have continuity. So I'm thinking PCM, problem is this is a lower emissions vehicle and there only seems to be ONE computer that will work....my question is...IS THERE ANY COMPUTER THAT I CAN INSTALL THAT WILL RUN THE VEHICLE TO SEE IF THE #4 INJECTOR COMES BACK TO LIFE? I don't mind springing for a test PCM if i can get one that will start it, run it long enough to see if #4 works correctly, AND doesn't have that PATS system on it. Any help will be appreciated.
One more thing, this car had 2 codes the first time I checked... P1504 and P0354. The P1504 was a bad IAC valve which I replaced, the P0354 I assume is because of the injector issue....PLEASE HELP ME

Nope on that idea - pcm is married to the instrument cluster. Switching one requires a trip to the dealer to make them live happily ever after.

If you could open the pcm check if there is moisture inside causing #4 to be grounded. If not you can hook up the #4 wire to the #8 wire (4 fires first then 8) the engine will still run smoothly. Or if you have a friend who repairs tv sets and has a hot air welder, you coild have the circuit board fluxed and resoldered.
