no Instrument warning lights / no start

hoping for some help !! 08 expedition the instrument panel has no blinkers, no high beam light, radio cuts out interior light cut out , no power tailgate. Have cleaned ground in engine compartment and in kick panels and also ran new ground to drivers kick panel! have tried different gem. different instrument panel same story! Also the warning chime do not work (light on,seatbelt,key reminder,ect) will work if light come on but not all systems work like power tailgate!! Have checked all fuses and relays all are good

I think there is a relay that fires when you crank the engine that removes the big loads like those you describe.

You need a schematic that will show you what all these systems share in common. Then you can troubleshoot. Or you need someone with that information and ability. Have you checked the large fuses and relays?

Has this car been sitting forever in humidity? Check your big grounds with a meter.

The relay may be in the body control module which can get wet due to leaks around the windshield. A huge problem...

I have checked this gem box all is dry and even the door jam!! Even ran another ground to this side!! I fallowed the wire diagram see a bunch of ground in behind but have to take the whole dash apart to get to them!!

Fixed!
the connector right rear wiring connector under the bumper for the lift tailgate. the wires were torn apart by gravel from rear tire! these wires are for trailer wiring connectors and also for the tailgate license plate light and brake light. this circuit uses the same ground G133 as the instrument cluster, radio, climate control and power tailgate !
