O2 heater wire question

My o2 sensor heater wire, bank 2 sensor 1 on my 07 expy, might have an issue. It pops up code p0155. Already replaced the sensor with oem and it's still reading bad. Was told it was the heater wires but all the wires are read good from where it plugs in. Does anyone know if one of the heater wires goes to a fuse? I already looked in my owners manual and pulled every fuse that might be related to it and they're all good. Or is there something else to try? I've also had the pcm reset by ford.
