O2 Sensor B1 S1 always reads 0.0

Greetings!

The O2 sensor on Bank 1/Sensor 1 on my wife's 2015 Platinum (3.5L) always reads 0.00. I have unplugged and replugged the connector which looks brand new. I have used different OBD code readers. Engine seems fine and the vehicle appears fine.

I am guessing 0.00 is not a normal reading, especially since the other O2 sensors change rapidly.

I have included screenshot from OBDLink.

Is this something to be concerned about?

Is a CEL showing up on the instrument cluster? If no CEL and the vehicle runs fine, then I would just ignore it.
