OBD2 port live data readout....

Does anyone make a live data readout for my 2003? Something where I can monitor temps when I tow and stuff? I'd like something with trans temp, etc. O seem to find a lot of Bluetooth stuff for trouble codes and stuff, but want a readout of live data. Thank you!

2003 XLT
I have BAFX bluetooth unit and Android Torque Lite.

Can display engine coolant temp but no transmission temp. Dont know if thats due to the Expy, the BAFX, or Torque Lite.
