can anyone me with a problem I have with the entertainment center in my expedition? it is an oem rear ceiling mounted unit. some how 2 dvd's were inserted in the unit at the same time. 1 came out with the eject button but the other one will not come out. every time the car is started it cycles a few times trying to eject it I assume but it will not come out. I tried to pull the fuse and recycle it that way but that didn't work. TIA for any help you can offer

Am sure you are right about just asking for help...but I thought I would try. Tried searching for the answer first but couldn't find what I was looking for. I am curious as to how the unit is mounted...all I can find is 4 screws where the monitor folds up to.

What year do u have I have an 04 and it's mounted with 4 screws when the tv is open. Then I think held in place with clips all u have to do is pull dwn. Then u will see the dvd player and 4 more screws to open the cap of the dvd player should be able to manually eject.
