Oil change question

Hi guys and gal's FNG here. I tried searching but I cant find the oil capacity of the 5.4L 99. I have to go to bed so I cant burn through all the post's that come up with "oil" in the thread. I am part of a motorcycle forum and know exactly how "oil" threads go...... all I need is the ammount to put in. I am going Motorcraft synthetic and filter.

Found it from the electronic copy of the owners manual posted above. You guys will be hearing from me soon so dont worry

ive always put in 1 gal. then a couple quarts after i think....lol

i change my oil every 2 mths cause i got it at work like water....filters changed every 3-4 mths....been doing oil changes sooo much...oil almost comes out original color now....

you dont change your filter with your oil?

every other month....i change oil ALOT. when i 1st started changing oil like this 2 yrs or so ago when i got truck...i changed filter everytime....last yr holidays when oil started coming out clean...i change it every other....i dont get filter for "FREE" so if chance is there i do it. i got a new filter in truck now for next change thou.
did full oil change in month of May with new cooling lines,filter....oil was nice and clear...not black at all.
