On my 2010, I've got oil in spark plug wells 1,2,3, but not #4. Have not checked the other side yet.

If it's just on the one side, then most likely valve cover gasket? If on both sides, perhaps head gasket?

Could I just use Lucas Stop Leak?

What would the gasket repair cost approximately? Thanks

No, a stop leak only helps if it's an oring or some part that needs temporary swelling to slow down leak. You or a shop will need to dry the area of oil, and verify it is the valve cover gasket. You might want to check the bolts that hold down the cover, they may be just loose.
