Oil Leak Transfer Case?

I have oil coming from what appears to be a transfer case of some sort on my 1999 XLT 4wd with 177K miles. The case is behind the tranny and has the rear driveshaft connected to it.

Is there a way to add "oil" to this, and if so, where and what type?
