Orange icon on 15" vertical screen...Anybody have a clue what this means?

I don't remember seeing that. I just skimmed through all the free apps on Microsoft Store, and not seeing any matches to an App logo. I'll keep an eye out on mine.

I've even contacted ford and no one can tell us what this is?
It is obviously something that was programed into the software!
