Pulled this from my '98 Expy 5.4 this afternoon. Do I need to replace my 02 sensor?

I had a P0171 2 weeks ago. Is it possible the tube behind the intake is tied to this?

Yes I took care of it. I ordered the vacuum line kit they discuss here on the forum. My 90% ell on the rear of the TB was good but the rest of my lines were deteriorated. Replaced both hoses (actually a tee setup) and it runs great now. Basically I did what has been discussed at length here on the forum.
