P2195 P2197 rough idle after warm up

I hillbilly smoked it with a cigarette thru the brake booster line. Is there another route that would be a straighter shot to the intake?

I had some of the same issues VERY recently, I bought an EVAP smoke machine, and found the problem.within a minute after it was hooked up, replaced the leaky hose and its been fine since.

Instead of replacing the boots on the vacuum hose with boots, the only store that listed them close was out, I just bought some heater hose with elbows bent on the end. It ended up not being as tight a fit as it should've been so I put hose clamps on it.

I then followed this YouTube vid to reset and retrain everything. I didn't do anything the first time around except leave the battery cable off for bout 10 minutes. Been running like she should and no CEL for a few days now

Hamfisted posted about 2 weeks back theirs a hose just aft of the throttle body that you could tie into to smoke your motor. When you get a chance, might want to put the tight fitting proper hose back on. Sure be a pity chasing your tail over something that stupid. First smoke the motor, might be OK there.

I kept the original hard line, just made my own boots or elbows or whatever their called. The hose I made the elbows with is thicker than what the factory had on it so should be just as good, if not better.
