Paint bubbles/blisters

Grrrrr!

I posted recently with an intermittent AC problem that I haven't been able to even talk to the dealer about yet and now I've found 3 paint bubbles on the passenger rear quarter panel.

I've attached a pic of one. All 3 are similar and in the same area.

I have a couple little spots that are small but down to the metal. They are not in an area that would be prone to door dings or rock strikes (pic attached). I wonder if they were formerly one of these little blisters that “popped”. It’s annoying (especially on the up-charged platinum white) but it’s low on my list of things to be worried about in life.

Oh no, I hope the infamous paint problem on Generation 3s is STILL not fixed and is showing up on Gen 4s.
