I painted fender last night to see if I liked the od shade I had. Really like it once it dries. If anyof u painted how ddid you go about filling holes from badges? Thought about just painting them flat black. Can I remove d oor trim or does it have alignment holes as well.

I am in the middle of a paint project right now, DS fender replacement.

You could try filling with fibreglass, but I doubt it would have great longevity and would likely crack out eventually.

The best way I know is to weld up the holes with solid metal...

Weld those holes up.... Grind it down flat... I would think you could take Otto any body shop and have them do the welding fairly cheap... Hell a muffler shop might even do it if you do all the prep work and have them just hit it with the MIg welder...
