I've been reading through this forum and found a lot of useful information. I've had my Expe for 6 years now and it has almost 200k on it. Got in an accident and almost scrapped the truck, but got it all fixed and painted instead. I'm kinda found of my old truck, but there's a lot of things... So I recently bought a motorcycle to save on gas/wear and tear. I don't have a lot of money to spend, but the truck needs some work.

I have a pep boys close by and an autozone, but don't mind going other places or ordering parts online for less if possible.

INJECTORS:
A couple of the injectors are going bad/probably clogged from using 89 octane I was told. It runs really rough at certain RPMs.

Seafoam seems like a good start. I plan to try it in the tank 1st. How much fuel should be in the tank for a good mixture?

How hard is it to replace the injectors if the seafoam doesnt work?

Spark plugs: Motorcraft plugs seem to be recommended.
Where to buy if not from the 2 shops near me.

SUSPENSION
I just replaced air bags with springs in the rear. Leaked and was the cheapest solution. I will need new shocks and maybe some new front springs.
Any recommendations for cheap shocks and springs? Even just brands since I can wait for a sale.

I need to replace that busted dynomax exhaust with something more quiet. There are tons of places in LA that will put one on for cheap, but I wanted to know if there any fairly inexpensive stock sounding exhausts that I might want to check out 1st.

There's a lot of questions so I appreciate any information you might have to share.

Thx!

Rockauto has 8 Motorcraft SP479 plugs for $2.91 each with $7.51 shipping ($30.81 shipped). Amazon em for $3.38 each from Hires... Not sure about shipping or Hires.
EDIT: The $13 shipping ended up being per plug. What a ****** company.

Are there any other reliable plugs I should price?

Going to check other hoses and the wires. Should I use oem parts for those or is it better to go aftermarket?

Any other local or internet places worth checking?

it may be worth the time to have a motor vac de carbon done on the engine i think they are like 100 bucks... for the parts always check out ebay and see what you can find there

the injectors are not difficult to replace just a little time consuming like the spark plugs i would do both at the same time if you could
