My 22 expedition platinum received an update the other day that allows my cell phone to be used as a key. It says to go to the driver profile screen on the 15” touchscreen and go to personal profiles. But I can not find a driver profile section anywhere in the menu or settings. Has anyone setup the phone as a key feature yet?

Nope. Not a thing. Only the Lightning and Mach E have that feature. The message you saw was for the update pushed to all Sync 4A based vehicles. That feature though only works with Mach E and Lightning which are Also Sync 4A based vehicles.
