Have you talked to anyone about the best headers to go with your rig? I think with all you've done to it, you might get a little more power out of it with long tube headers.
I would also be interested in this as I have not found anyone who sells long tubes for the expy. I have seen them for the ford trucks but not the expy.
I would love to do long tubes into high flow cats and then where it merges into 1 it needs a 2 - 2 1/2" into 1 - 3" y with 3" exhaust the rest of the way or have x pipe and keep it duals. I bet this set up would increase hp 20-30 on a stock 1st gen expy and more so on a blown one.
I'd check with some of the manufacturers. I don't think there is much if any difference between the F150 and Expedition, and if anything, I would think the expy would fit better due to the longer wheelbase. But I would have to crawl under and check some measurements to make sure.

Im gonna ask a question that will make you guys know Im stupid but Im an old carburator mechanic and I dont know shit about these computers, but when you do and engine build up for one of these things what do you have to do to the computer if anything to make it run the modified engine??![]()
