Pls help name this part

I have a 03 Expedition that is playing games on me. This part has a VAC leak but I can't find it in my service book. I also am having problems with it wanting to kill at idle. We have done a full tune up and now this This is the first time we have had ANY problems with this truck and I am going nuts. Amy help would be great. RIGHT NOW at least I have no codes but I have this leak. So one thing at a time....... Thank You

It looks like a heater water controll valve
I am assuming those are coolant hoses going to it.

It's the item with the X on it and it's a tiny hose. I tried to reset it but NO GO. LOL It's not in my service book for the 5.4 and that just makes me nuts! Thanks!

Funny, I just bought one of these last night for my 05. It is a called a heater control valve... You can get it an aftermarket at some (not all) independent parts stores. Mine was from O'Reilly Auto Parts, cos$23.99 + tx.

Nope! Low turn signal fluid causing the pump to run constantly! put in more blinker fluid today and it solved the problem! LOL!
