My 2000 Expedetion has what looks like water mixed with oil on the bottom of the oil filler cap and around the oil filler neck. I changed oil last week and it went away for the week but I noticed it was back again this morning. I checked the dip stick and there is no sign of oil/water mixed on it and when I drained the oil, there was no sign of water in the pan. The oil level has not increased nor has the radiator level from what I can tell. I had someone run a blown head gasket check with the special testing tools and it came back as inconclusive. Has anyone seen this before on their truck?
