Power door lock problems

I have a 2004 EB Expedition with 140.000 miles the problem I am having is power locks will not work .They quit working and then they started working I have checked the fuse and it is ok.I can unlock the drivers side door and the other doors manually from the inside but I cannot unlock the back hatch. When they quit before I went through all the same things checked fuse checked drivers door lock switch is ok checked with volt ohm meter. I am wanting to get rid of this car it seems to have a mind of its own but cannot sell it when the locks do not work ,please help
