Yes the voltage at the fuses should be 12V

Thanks for the reply! I'll try to do this in next few days since we're not going to be in low teens as daytime high! Should all voltages read 12+v? Working on a fuel pump on my explorer some had only 6v…

Long time for a few days! Finally checked all the fuses and all have ~13v and all are continuous...I will try to locate the seat plug next. Open to other suggestions as well...thanks to all!
